The security of your data is important to us. To protect your information, we collect we have partnered with PlutoSoft to provide us with a Client Management System (CRM) that tracks all users input. This CRM retains your data in an encrypted environment with all data stored in Australia on the Oracle infrastructure. The PlutoSoft offering is regularly penetration tested, and at the last completed test there were no critical vulnerabilities identified.

Para-planning

We have also vetted and partnered with para-planning services and ensured that all plans are created by people in Australia, making sure your data is always covered by the Australian Privacy Principles and avoids external sovereign issues that can arise with offshoring. We have further controls in place for your data as the para-planner needs to log into our software to prepare the plan, this reduces the need for data transmission.
